IDDEF Continues to Be a Beacon of Hope for Gaza
The Federation of Associations that Value Humanity (IDDEF) continues to stand by the people of Gaza, who are struggling to survive under severe humanitarian crisis conditions.

IDDEF continues its uninterrupted emergency humanitarian aid efforts for Palestinian families, primarily focusing on food assistance. As part of the ongoing work in the region, hot meal distributions continue without interruption, delivering a bowl of food to the tables of thousands of oppressed brothers and sisters every day. IDDEF teams remain by the side of the people of Gaza, who are struggling to survive under extremely difficult conditions.

In order to meet families’ basic food needs during the cold winter days, canned meat distributions are also carried out regularly. These aids contribute both to alleviating hunger and to providing families with a brief moment of relief.

As part of the 2025 Qurban organization, the second shipment of qurban canned meat entrusted by donors for those in need in Gaza—departing from Jordan—has also reached Gaza. IDDEF expressed its gratitude to all donors who supported this challenging and labor-intensive process.

IDDEF officials stated, “A pot boiling in Gaza is the strongest sign that life is still going on. To keep this hope alive, our meal distributions continue without interruption.”

Winter in Gaza: A Struggle for Survival

In Gaza, the weather is getting colder day by day, and rain and storms continue. However, for thousands of families, “home” does not mean a warm shelter, but a muddy tent. Children try to hold on to life barefoot and wearing summer clothes.

Urgent Basic Needs:

Shelter: Water- and wind-resistant tents, blankets.

Food: Hot meals, flour, clean water, and baby food.

Clothing: Winter coats and boots.
