Education Project to Visually Disabled Students

While we are carrying out rigorous education works with the madrasas we have opened in different cities of the country, especially the Mahmud Ustaosmanoğlu Complex in Conakry, the capital of Guinea, we have also started a project for the visually impaired. Within the scope of the project, disabled people who learn Arabic with the Braille alphabet have started to read the Holy Quran along with fiqh, sirah, and religious sciences education. They Hold on to Life with Knowledge and Education

The opportunities that most of us take for granted and consider typical may be benefits that some people find difficult, if not impossible, to get. Aside from the restricted options for students in Guinea, the only way for visually impaired persons to hold on to life is to learn education.

To achieve this, we have initiated an educational effort to make life simpler for our visually impaired brothers and sisters. We bring together our visually impaired brothers and sisters studying in our madrasahs with knowledge and support them materially and morally.

We Cover All Education Costs

In our complex, we provide French and Arabic Braille alphabet education by covering all the educational costs of our visually impaired brothers and sisters. Furthermore, our students who learn to read the Holy Qur'an after Arabic education can complete their reciting the Qur'an education and graduate by receiving their certificates.

The Project's Main Goal is to Build a Special School

IDDEF's main goal within the project scope is to build madrasas that provide education only for visually impaired students and to provide this opportunity to people in need around the world. We aim for sustainability in education while covering costs such as stationery, accommodation, and teachers' salaries in our madrasas, where only Braille alphabet education is provided.
