IDDEF Sets Up Iftar Tables in 32 Countries Including Türkiye

IDDEF, conducting its 2024 Ramadan campaign provides assistance to real beneficiaries in need, including families in Gaza and earthquake-affected areas, as well as those experiencing drought, hunger, and internal conflict in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Balkans. IDDEF delivers zakat, fitrah, fidyah, food packages, and other aid donated by generous individuals, while providing daily iftar meals to students receiving free education in madrasas.

IDDEF, facilitating the opening of fasts by setting up iftar tables, embodies the spirit of unity and togetherness symbolized by Ramadan iftars, ensuring the excitement of iftar is felt in oppressed and distressed lands. Operating a mobile kitchen in earthquake-affected provinces, IDDEFserves 50,000 loaves of bread and provides daily meals for 10,000 people in Gaza, enduring under Israeli attacks. Additionally, IDDEFdistributes daily iftar meals for 3,000 people in the Mahmud Ustaosmanoğlu Complex in Guinea, along with setting up iftar tables in the courtyard of the II. Abdülhamid Han Mosque, reaching needy individuals in five different regions.

Supported by donors, IDDEF continues to provide iftar meals to those in need and students receiving free education in madrasas in Türkiye and 31 other countries, including Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Cameroon, Kenya, Lebanon, Yemen, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria, Tanzania, Uganda, Albania, Macedonia, Afghanistan, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Pakistan, Kosovo, the Philippines, Gaza, Sudan, India, and Kyrgyzstan.
