The Federation of Associations that Value Humanity (IDDEF) has been mobilizing emergency relief efforts since October 7, 2023, through its teams stationed in four regions of Gaza. As part of its ongoing activities, IDDEF has distributed canned meat and hot meals to families in Northern Gaza, including Jabalia, Beit Hanoun, and Beit Lahia. These families have been displaced, had their homes destroyed, and are struggling to survive under harsh conditions marked by hunger and thirst.
In a statement, IDDEF said: “We continue to deliver canned meat from the Qurbani sacrifices of Eid al-Adha to Palestinian families subjected to genocide and deprived of basic necessities by occupying Israel. We are striving to meet the food and water needs of our brothers and sisters in Gaza’s north, who are resisting genocide, displacement, and hunger while sheltering in schools and refugee centers.
With our active team in the region, we are distributing canned meat and preparing hot meals from the meat. Despite ongoing air and ground attacks, we are working hard to provide essential supplies such as food, meals, medicine, fuel, and clean water in the northern region.”
