Sinan Aktaş stated the following: “Since the first day of the occupation, our aid has continued with the support of our donors. We send food, emergency supplies, basic foodstuffs, clothing, medicine, and other medical supplies from our warehouse in Egypt to the Rafah gate. Since 2011, IDDEF, which has been in Gaza, currently has teams operating in there around Khan Yunis, Deir al-Balah, Jabalia, and the Rafah regions. Our team in Gaza receive our aid trucks and deliver them to the areas where are in urgent need. We prepare the contents of our packages with products that our brothers can use immediately for cooking. Despite all the disinformation spread by the Zionist Israeli state, we thank our people for their continued support. We also have intensive preparations for the approaching month of Ramadan in Gaza."

Bilal Turan, the Emergency Relief Coordinator of IDDEF, warned that if Israel were to launch a ground attack, there would be no safe haven for civilians in the Gaza Strip. He said, "After bombing the north of Gaza, Israel forced the people there to migrate to Rafah city. Currently, Rafah hosts approximately 1 million people. Palestinian brothers and sisters who have taken refuge in hospitals or live in tents are also struggling with winter conditions. In addition to food and medical supplies, we have sent blankets, mattresses, pillows, and winter clothes to Gaza. We are also preparing 10,000 tents in Ankara, and 1,000 tents are awaiting delivery to Gaza via Egypt. Especially the need for bread and water is growing. We are trying to increase the number of trucks carrying flour to the region. Our goal is for aid to reach Gaza before Ramadan, to give hope to our brothers. Let's not forget Gaza. The statement that aid is not reaching Gaza does not reflect the truth. Although limited, aid is reaching our distressed and oppressed brothers and sisters. We thank all our donors for their empathy."Bağış yap
