IDDEF Brings Smiles to Children's Faces in Gaza

IDDEF served shawarma prepared with love to the children in Gaza Strip who are trying to survive against the genocide practiced by the occupying Israel for months.

IDDEF organized a meaningful aid work for children living under difficult conditions in Gaza. Children in Gaza, where it is difficult to access meat, ate chicken shawarma with the event organized by IDDEF. IDDEF, which has been working in Gaza since the first day with the power of solidarity and sharing, has brought happiness to the faces of children.

IDDEF, which has been carrying out mobilized emergency aid work with its teams in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, continues to distribute hot meals and clean water to victim families, shelters and schools. This time, IDDEF aimed to put a smile on the faces of children, and made a meaningful aid work for them.

In the statement made by IDDEF, “Children are undoubtedly the most affected by the attack and genocide in Gaza. While more than 16 thousand children have lost their lives in the massacres carried out by the occupying Israel since October 7, malnutrition and dehydration also lead to deaths. As IDDEF, while we are working with all our strength in many aspects, especially food, this time we aimed to make children both eat meat and be happy. The little smiles that appeared on their faces with our chicken doner warmed all of our hearts. We would like to thank all our benefactors.”
