As part of its efforts to provide humanitarian aid, IDDEF carries out the "Family Project." With a monthly donation of 500 TL, you can support a family in our heartland for six, twelve, twenty-four, and thirty-six months.

In addition to Islamic education, which is our main field of work, the Federation of Associations that Value Humanity (IDDEF) develops various projects to assist those in need in meeting their basic needs. The "Family Project" will be among the most significant of these initiatives. We hope to bring smiles to the faces of poor families by providing assistance.

Purpose Of The 'Family Project'

With the help of its charitable donors, IDDEF expands its humanitarian aid efforts in Africa, Asia, and the Balkans, particularly in Sub-Saharan African countries. People struggle to survive on less than one dollar per day in Sub-Saharan Africa, where living conditions are extremely difficult and the rate of malnutrition is extremely high. Aside from the poverty experienced in this difficult geography, issues such as health, education, and access to water draw attention and are difficult to resolve. Family members are under a lot of stress as a result of economic stagnation and a lack of openings in new job fields. In this situation, a financial contribution to families will be a small step for us but a big step for them. According to the International Food and Development Policy Research Institute, 815 million people worldwide are suffering from hunger. The level of hunger is described as 'extremely serious,' with more than half of those affected being children. It is estimated that 60 million people in Sub-Saharan Africa are at risk of starvation. Food aid is required for the poor.

The Family Project connects you with a family who lives thousands of kilometres away. We begin providing monthly support to the matched family with your sponsorships of 6, 12, 24, and 36 months. With a monthly donation of 500 Turkish Liras, we share with you the seeds of love that grew in a family's home.

In Which Countries Is It Applied?

In nearly 55 countries, we carry out the Family Project with needy families. With your help, these families can continue to live their lives despite their difficult circumstances.
