IDDEF’s Helping Hand Reaches Indonesia and Bangladesh

IDDEF’s Helping Hand Reaches Indonesia and Bangladesh
IDDEF is rushing to support those affected by disasters around the world. We are delivering urgent humanitarian aid to families impacted by the deadly floods in Indonesia and the massive fire in Bangladesh.

The Federation of Associations that Value Humanity (IDDEF) continues to stand by oppressed and vulnerable communities after disasters occurring across different regions of the world. IDDEF teams are delivering urgent humanitarian aid to families affected by the severe floods caused by heavy rains in Indonesia and the major fire in Bangladesh that left nearly 10,000 people homeless.

As thousands of people struggle due to the flooding and landslides on Indonesia’s Sumatra Island, IDDEF teams continue providing daily hot meals and essential supplies in the region. Emergency aid packages prepared with the support of donors are being delivered to families who lost their homes and have difficulty accessing food and clean water.

Following the massive fire in one of Bangladesh’s densely populated slum areas, thousands of families were left homeless. Immediately after the disaster, IDDEF reached the region and began delivering carefully prepared food packages and emergency aid supplies to families affected by the fire. Field teams continue to closely monitor the needs of the affected families and manage the process with great care.

IDDEF continues to strengthen its efforts with the support of donors who wish to stand by their brothers and sisters in Indonesia and Bangladesh.

Donors can extend their support to affected families in Indonesia and Bangladesh through www.iddef.org.
