The Federation of Associations that Value Humanity (IDDEF) has been regularly sending food, clothing, shelter, and medical supplies, as well as hygiene kits, medicine, medical equipment, and baby products to Gaza in order to alleviate the humanitarian crisis caused by the Israeli attacks that began on October 7, 2023. At the forefront of these uninterrupted aid efforts are initiatives aimed at preventing the growing food crisis.

Since the start of the attacks, IDDEF has delivered 4 million hot meals, 200,000 food, fruit-vegetable, and hygiene parcels, 350,000 packages of bread, and 320 tons of flour to Gaza.
IDDEF has sent 204 aid trucks from its warehouses in Egypt and Jordan, and contributed 8 trucks of essential supplies to 3 aid ships organized by AFAD.

As part of the 2025 Udhiya Qurban Organization, IDDEF sent 300,000 servings of canned meat to the region. In addition, 264,600 cans of 800 grams of meat, prepared from 12,600 shares of cattle sacrifices, have been made ready in Jordan for shipment.
Currently, IDDEF is distributing 3,000 hot meals and 50,000 loaves of bread daily inside Gaza. In addition, 25,000 liters of clean water are being distributed daily with 2 tankers from the active water purification plants inside the region.
