We strive to respond directly on the ground to humanitarian crises caused by wars, conflicts, and natural disasters in various countries and regions around the world. One of the main components of our Emergency Relief operations is the procurement and delivery of essential aid materials, especially in situations where basic human living conditions have been disrupted.

In this context, we provide support for natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and forest fires. Additionally, in Africa—where economic instability and security challenges persist—we work to develop more long-term and sustainable solutions.

Furthermore, our core focus areas include addressing famine, water scarcity, and lack of access to medical care resulting from wars and conflicts. Since 2011, we have carried out extensive relief efforts to support the Syrian people, who have witnessed massive destruction under the shadow of civil war.

With the end of the war, we continue to support Syrians returning to their homes by distributing hot meals and food packages at border crossings and in key Syrian cities such as Damascus, Aleppo, and Homs. Sharing in the joy of our Syrian brothers and sisters regaining their freedom after nearly 15 years, and standing by them during difficult times, has only been possible thanks to the generous support of our valued donors.

In the providence of Arakan, Myanmar, due to violence, massacre and the pressure of the government towards them, our muslim brothers seek refuge in the border of Bangladesh under refugee camps. We are supporting them while they smile because of your aid. For now, as urgent aid, we are delivering your help to our muslim brothers in Somalia who have abandoned their homelands because of shootings, thirst and famine. 

Meanwhile, we have never abandoned the people of Gaza, who have been enduring relentless attacks with patience and resilience for over a year. Since October 7, we have continued to deliver aid to the people of Gaza, who are suffering a genocide in full view of the world. Following the ceasefire agreement implemented on January 16, we transported a wide range of aid materials from our warehouse in Egypt to Gaza through the Rafah border crossing.

These materials included food items, winter supplies, clothing, and hygiene kits. We also successfully delivered shelter tents manufactured in Konya to Gaza. In the following phase, we conducted ground assessments and installed tents for our tent city initiative.
