IDDEF Provides Daily Iftar in Gaza Throughout Ramadan

The Federation of Associations that Value Humanity (IDDEF) is continuing its 2026 Ramadan efforts under the slogan “May It Be Blessed with You” across 310 regions in 56 countries. As part of its activities throughout Ramadan, iftar tables are set up every day in Gaza, bringing families in need together around the same table.

The iftar meals prepared with the support of donors are shared in unity and solidarity at the tables that are set up, while IDDEF teams also deliver hot meals to families struggling to survive in tents. In this way, Palestinian families living under harsh conditions are able to break their fast more easily during Ramadan evenings.

Through the ongoing efforts throughout Ramadan, iftar meals are being served to thousands of people in Gaza, while the spirit of sharing and solidarity is kept alive.

IDDEF is also helping families spend a more comfortable Ramadan in the tents where they are sheltering by distributing food parcels as well as packages of vegetables and fruits prepared with the support of donors.
